You may request a return of any product if the product received is subject to any of the following conditions:
- Product received does not match the order, in terms of type, specification or number.
- Product is expired at the time of delivery, which can be observed from packaging expiry date.
- Primary packaging (bottle, tube, or jar) is damaged, which causes the packaging not working properly or the product leaking.
To submit a product return request, please do following steps:
Contact JUJU & CO customer service at email firstname.lastname@example.org at a maximum of 2 calendar days from the date the product is received (based on logistic courier tracking status). In the email, write the return request details, and attach clear photo or video evidence that proves any condition listed in the terms above.
Wait for an email response from our team as a sign of whether or not your request is approved. If the request is approved, our customer service will provide an online return form that you can fill in according to true and accurate information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Send the package (product to be returned) according to the instructions. Shipment of product to be returned must be done no later than 2 calendar days after filling out the form.
- Once the returned product arrived and passed the check by the JUJU & CO Quality Control team, we will immediately ship a replacement product or product shortage within 7 calendar days after the returned product is received at our warehouse.
JUJU & CO will cover the shipping fee for sending the replacement of approved returned product. Any other fee incurred during the return and exchange process will not be paid or refunded by JUJU & CO.
We will not approve any return request with any of the following conditions:
- Return request email sent later than 2 calendar days from the date the product is received (based on logistic courier tracking status).
- Return request email sent without attachment of clear photo or video evidence.
- Return request due to any condition of secondary packaging, i.e. product box or shipping box.
- Return request due to any condition of bonus items given by JUJU & CO apart from the order.
- Returned products arrived at our warehouse without first getting a return request email approval as specified in above procedure.
- Returned products arrived at our warehouse without completing the online return form.
- Returned products arrived at our warehouse with condition not as specified in the request email, photo or video evidence, and return form.
- Returned products arrived at our warehouse that had been used considerably or nearly empty.
